Almost every company will send you a full size can of their formula to get you acquainted with their brand and their products in hopes you’ll purchase some more. Your pediatrician’s office will get samples and packages from formula and diaper companies occasionally that they can give out to patients. Call your office and ask if they have anything available!

Join WIC (Women Infants Children)

Once upon a time, I was on the WIC program and it was such a life-saver. It gave us all of the basic necessities we needed to nourish our bodies.
